    Other technology-focused educational programs

Our services may include live online classes, demonstrations, projects, assignments, quizzes, worksheets, tutorials, educational content, and other learning activities.

    3Eligibility and Parental Participation

TeacherColab provides educational programs for children and teenagers.

Where a participant is a minor, enrollment and payment should be completed by, or with the involvement and authorization of, a parent or legal guardian where required by applicable law.

Parents or guardians are responsible for providing accurate registration information and ensuring that the child has access to the required device, internet connection, and appropriate learning environment.

    4Registration and Enrollment

When registering for a TeacherColab program, users agree to provide accurate and complete information.

A student's place in a program may be confirmed after completing the applicable registration and payment requirements.

TeacherColab may limit class capacity and enrollment where necessary.

    5Classes and Attendance

TeacherColab primarily provides live online classes.

Class schedules, duration, number of sessions, and program details will be communicated during enrollment or on the relevant program page.

Students are expected to attend classes on time and participate respectfully.

TeacherColab is not responsible for missed classes resulting from the student's internet connection, device or software problems, failure to attend, or other circumstances outside TeacherColab's reasonable control.

Where applicable, TeacherColab may provide recordings, alternative arrangements, or other support at its discretion.

    6Payments and Fees

Program fees will be communicated before enrollment. Depending on the program, TeacherColab may offer:

    • One-time payments
    • Installment payments
    • Promotional pricing
    • Other payment arrangements

Fees must be paid according to the payment terms communicated during enrollment.

Unless otherwise stated, payment of an installment does not automatically cancel the remaining payment obligation for the enrolled program.

    7Refunds and Cancellations

Refund eligibility, where applicable, depends on the specific program and refund terms communicated at the time of enrollment.

TeacherColab may not provide refunds for classes or sessions already delivered.

Parents or guardians should contact TeacherColab as soon as possible regarding cancellation or refund requests.

Any applicable refund will be processed according to the relevant program's stated refund policy and applicable law.
