Mosaddek Hossain
A dedicated early-career academic and researcher specializing in Marketing, with a focus on AI, Consumer Behavior, and Sustainability. I bring practical experience from both corporate and academic roles into my teaching. My approach blends theoretical concepts with data-driven insights and real-world applications, fostering an engaging and analytical learning environment. I aim to mentor students in developing critical thinking and research skills applicable to modern business challenges. Academic Support & Research Mentorship In addition to formal teaching, I offer dedicated academic support for students and early-career researchers seeking to strengthen their research capabilities. My services include comprehensive thesis supervision, hands-on guidance in quantitative and qualitative data analysis (using tools such as SPSS, SmartPLS, R, and Python), and external supervision for research projects. I also provide meticulous proofreading and manuscript preparation to enhance the clarity and rigor of academic writing. My approach is highly practical and collaborative—I focus on teaching how to conduct research step by step, from framing research questions and designing methodologies to interpreting results and preparing publications. Whether you are developing a thesis, working on a paper, or building empirical research skills, my goal is to equip you with actionable, real-world research competencies that bridge theory and practice.
Rola Alshawabkeh
I’m Rola Alshawabkeh — Research Assistant, Instructor, and Career & Program Development Coach. I help students and young professionals succeed by turning complex research, academic skills, and career strategies into actionable, understandable steps. My journey didn’t start with a big initiative. It started with curiosity — seeing early-career researchers struggle, students unsure of their next steps, and realizing that guidance, mentorship, and structured tools can make all the difference. So I studied best practices, created tools, tested approaches, supported hundreds of learners, and kept refining my methods — until education, mentorship, and career coaching became my field of mastery. Today: Founder of Wiki Arabia and creator of the Wiki Research Planner, helping learners navigate academic and language challenges. Guided 1,000+ students through research projects, career planning, and skill development. Co-founded Scholars Uprising, supporting early-career researchers to publish and grow professionally. Experienced in CV & resume review, personal statement guidance, LinkedIn strategy, program design, and mentoring. Here’s the truth I always return to: Students don’t succeed because they have knowledge — they succeed because they feel guided, supported, and empowered to take action. What I actually do: ✦ Academic Research Support & Mentoring — guiding students and early-career researchers step by step. ✦ Career Development Coaching — resumes, personal statements, LinkedIn, and scholarship applications. ✦ Program Design & Learning Tools — turning complex ideas into practical, structured resources. ✦ Educational Leadership — helping learners achieve real impact and confidence. If you want guidance that’s practical, structured, and personal — not generic advice — you’re in the right place. Let’s create success together.
